Job Description – Chip Level Engineer Job Title: Chip Level Engineer Company: UC India Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 Years Job Responsibilities Repair laptops and desktops at the chip level. Diagnose motherboard and hardware problems. Repair issues such as no power, no display, charging problems, and dead motherboards. Identify and replace faulty electronic components such as ICs, capacitors, resistors, and MOSFETs. Perform BIOS flashing and programming. Check and repair short circuits and power-related issues. Use tools such as multimeters and DC power supplies for testing. Understand motherboard schematics and perform troubleshooting. Repair laptops from brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc. Test repaired products before delivery. Maintain proper records of repairs and services. Required Skills Good knowledge of chip-level repairing. Experience in laptop and desktop motherboard repair. Knowledge of electronic components and circuits. Ability to use testing and repair tools. Basic knowledge of BIOS programming. Good problem-solving skills. Qualification ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification is preferred. Experience: 1–5 years in chip-level repairing. Salary: As per experience and skills.
