Desktop support engineer profile

Responsibilities: Install and configure Windows, software, printers, and other IT devices. Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues. Provide desktop and technical support to employees. Perform system maintenance, updates, and basic networking tasks. Maintain records of IT assets and troubleshoot user issues. Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical requirements. night shift Requirements: Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware & networking. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
